With the ever-changing Covid situation, we at New Dawn Title Group understand the importance of keeping our team and our customers safe. We are committed to the flexibility required to meet our customers’ needs.
Below is a list of our Closing Options:
- Traditional, in-person closings are still available to you, and we’ve taken a few extra steps in the interest of keeping you safe:
- Our conference room is fully sanitized prior to your arrival
- We invite only required parties to enter the conference room
- Masks are requested by signers and will be worn by all staff at all times
- Hand sanitizers are provided for use before and after signing documents
- E-Closing solutions are available for documents on cash deals that do not require a notary, and on financed transactions with lender approval.
- Remote Online Notarization (RON) – with the use of our partner platforms, we have the ability to safely and securely provide closing documents online for execution (Depending on the type of transaction and documents, approval by all parties may be required).
- Drive-by closings, where we will come to your car, may be available; inquire if you would like to explore this option.
